Forum:BannerRandom thing not working?

Hello. The 'dismiss' button of the site message doesn't seem to work for me, possibly because of an error that happens on every page loaded in Meta:
"NetworkError: 404 Not Found - http://meta.orain.org/w/index.php/Special:BannerRandom?uselang=en&sitename=Orain+Meta&project=orain&anonymous=false&bucket=0&country=AU&device=desktop&slot=7"
