I would like to be a global sysop to help admins and bureaucrats on other wikis fight evil and spam, I wouldn't abuse power at all (either way I'll get demoted if I do that) and I won't take drastic actions (like blocking IPs) unless I'm authorized by buerocrats or admine of that wiki.
