Hi, my Wiki (http://hm.orain.org/) could really do with the Java-based applet Jmol, which comes with a MediaWiki extension which can be found here: https://www.mediawiki.org/w/index.php?title=Extension:Jmol. In fact this applet is the whole reason I came here to begin with, as Wikia refused to allow me this applet and this seemed like my only free alternative site.
