Hi everyone. This is the first time that I've nominated someone for global rights. Cyberpower678 has been around Orain for quite some time and while he's mainly been a helper here and there, he's maintained an edit counter on behalf of Orain and has read access to our DB's for that bot. I'm nominating him for global sysop access to help the other global sysops keep up with the spam issues that we've been having.
