The main reason I would appreciate your response is that I can help deal with spam; Arcane has already given me admin rights on MediaWiki Testers Wiki to fight off the spam that comes to that wiki; I could simply delete spam pages and block the spammer users as appropriate. I do that on not only Orain, but some other websites (such as EditThis.info), the trouble being that some of these wikis are too inactive so I can't get sysop attention. I have to remember to not act on a local wiki unless it is requested as such by the local community. (Note: If Arcane has asked me to fight spam on the wiki, is that a legit request, or does that mean I have to stop my spam-fighting activity on MWT just because they haven't said they need global sysop attention?)
