:Given it was under a non specific "use attribution" clause, then had CC licensing applied, assuming everything was properly attributed before the CC licensing was applied (I assume with community assent/approval), then just import an XML dump of the content from the wiki you are forking and make sure you use the same license if it has a Share-Alike clause. If it was just CC BY (attribution only), you can still import it as CC BY SA, but make sure to mention in your licensing notes where the original content was derived, which should suffice for blanket attribution purposes.
