Hi John, as per my original request, I have now granted you Administrator and Bureaucrat rights on BotWiki. Opted-out of global bot wikis

Hi John, I just saw this new WikiSet and I'd like to make use of it. I already know how to respect the {{nobots}} and the {{bots|deny=}} imperatives, as Pywikipediabot is exclusion compliant "out of the box". I was wondering how I can integrate this new WikiSet you have created, in order to automatically respect the wishes of those admins who have requested to opt out of global bots using this WikiSet? I can do it manually, I guess, by checking the WikiSet before each bot run to ensure that there have been no changes to the membership list of wiki's that have opted out, but I'd like to have a more automated method if possible. To my knowledge there is a way. The best thing as far as I know is using the API call which lists and displays on the requested wikiset.
