:I noticed this problem before on certain networks. I haven't looked up your IP but is there any chance your network is filtering the services that provide captchas? If trying to create an account again at a later time still didn't work leave a note here and I believe sysadmins can create user accounts but I'd have to see. Is there a problem with the CreateWiki extension? I noticed the long backlog at [[Proposals for new wikis]] and Southparkfan's [//meta.orain.org/w/index.php?title=Stewards%27_noticeboard&diff=16122&oldid=16116 comment a few days ago], but is this still a problem?
