Who owns these servers?

Out of curiosity I have some questions. Are these servers you own? Or are they servers you rent from hosting services? Are any of them dedicated servers? Are some of them virtual servers? Currently these are virtual servers that are hosted with DigitalOcean. The plan is within the next month however to locate to a datacenter keeping the virtual server pattern but hosted on our own physical servers. When this comes, they will be registered as under Orain, so Orain as an entity will own the servers although I will be penciled down by the datacenter as owning them as part of my job.
