- This has happened on Linux Wiki and Encyclopedia Muricana. It also only seems to happen when creating a page for the first time. Inquisitor Sasha (talk) 18:29, 2 April 2014 (UTC)

- This should no longer be a problem. After running update.php on all wikis (fixing it for now), I patched the SQL issue with CentralNotice so the tables should be created upon wiki creation. If this issue occurs any more - poke me and I'll search through the logs to see if there is perhaps more than one cause. John (talk) 17:14, 3 April 2014 (UTC)
