::{{notdone}} It is with extreme regret I had to remove this extension from use on Orain due to technical issues. The extension had several underlying PHP errors, that, when fixed, still refused to guarantee function of the extension. I got it "working" on localhost (it loaded, no page whiteouts when using parser hooks), but both the Java and HTML5 functions refused to work, and it refuses to work well at all on Orain. In addition, the documentation provided very little help in resolving these issues. I have left Orain's Jmol repository on our GitHub account in case you want to copy it and work on it yourself, and if I ever figure out how to get it functional, I'll happily re-enable it, but the current version seems broken codewise.
