What is this board used for?
  • If you want to request permissions, please visit the Steward requests page.
  • If you have any comments, questions, or anything you want to bring up that may involve stewards, please visit the Stewards' noticeboard.
  • If you want to request an extension or feature on your wiki, you've come to the right place!

  • Reason: We need to write mathematical notation. Similar to what can be done in Wikipedia (which I think uses the Latex) math commands, for example <math>ax^2 + bx + c = 0</math> will display a polynomial, <math>x={-b\pm\sqrt{b^2-4ac} \over 2a}</math> quadratic formula, also matrices, transposes, etc. Would really appreciate this, would be useful for tons of students at Edinburgh, thanks!
