*Reason: I am planning, with the help of {{ping|Arcane}} ([https://lists.wikimedia.org/pipermail/mediawiki-l/2015-July/044551.html who wrote this]) on importing my Local MW installation to Orain. To do this I need the extensions mentioned (although the hierarchybuilder one does require Semantic MediaWiki if relevant) and to import a XML dump and 348 image files currently on this Local Wiki.
