Most of my antivandalism experience comes from Wikimedia. I don't have global rollback here yet, but I'm requesting global sysop in order to deal with the flood of spam the wiki receives in the hours from 04:00:00 to about 09:00:00 UTC, when no other global sysops appear to be active. I am well-aware of the policies regarding global sysops however: global sysops may not action in lieu of local administrators unless the local community explicitly requests it.
