Steward requests/CheckUser

This page is for requesting CheckUser information on a wiki with no local CheckUsers (see also requesting checkuser access). When filling a request remember;
- Provide as much information as possible;
- Provide evidence of abuse which requires CheckUser (spambots; link to deleted content);
- Check local CheckUser policies (and local CheckUsers) before filing.
A few things to remember;
- CheckUser is not for fishing, please provide evidence to back up accusations.
- The tool is not for connecting an account to IP. If you want a block on the underlying IP/range, ask.
- Stewards will not release information from a CheckUser in public. If a good reason for data release is present, a steward may provide information privately only when absolutely necessary.
How to request CheckUser information

Important note: if you want to request CheckUser for a wiki (like example.orain.org) but also have a request for another wiki (like example2.orain.org), you should fill in the form separately for that wiki! |
