Requests for global (un)block

Instruction for making a request

Before requesting, make sure that: You know the IP address(es) you are wanting to be (un)blocked. For blocks, there is an appropriate reason for globally blocking the IP. For unblocks, your request included the original blocking reason. When requesting your IP to be unblocked, stewards need to know your IP. You are not required to disclose it in public. If you do not want to you may contact a steward via email.

Requests for global (un)lock or (un)hiding

Instruction for making a request
Before requesting, make sure that: You have evidence of cross-wiki abuse or disruption from the account(s). You can show locally blocking the user only is not possible in order to prevent disruption. The username is appropriate. If the username is likely to be hidden from public view, contact a steward in private.
