Because we use SUL and CA - renames need to be done globally by Stewards. If you, or anyone else, need to be renamed - they can request the rename locally (if they don't know how to navigate to Meta) or they can request it here. Dusti^{*Let's talk!*} 14:55, 28 January 2015 (GMT)
