Another simple solution would be to ping me in every request you mark done (since it has a link to assign rights). Otherwise when you ping me please copy that link for me.... I might move this to [[Steward requests/Founder permissions]] or just leave it on SN. We'll see what the users like? Maybe this is more convenient? Your could create a template and preload it like the wiki request does.
