Hello, I am here to request Global Sysop, as some of you may know I am currently a wiki creator but I also help with many stuff on Orain. I would like to have this permission, as many times I need to either assing global permissions (for wiki creating), or put notices on MediaWiki:Sitenotice, and other stuff like this.
