I was a bit confused when I saw [https://meta.orain.org/w/index.php?title=Special%3ALog&type=gblrights&user=Joe+G&page=user%3Aeikes&year=&month=-1 this] as I hadn't the feeling that activity is required for this access. I rather understood this role as something which assists stewards to deal with all kind of requests where import access is needed and I still always take a look at orain at least twice a week.
