That is because a) wiki creators have no (root) shell access b) the CreateWiki extension automatically creates the account (and migrate it with the one on Orain Meta). Southparkfan (talk) 19:48, 31 July 2014 (BST)

This didn't happen as the wiki had to be added to the database list; wait for the database list to update (1 minute) and then run the creation. John (talk) 23:46, 31 July 2014 (BST)

Please do not create accounts manually. The user just had to visit the wiki with a global account. This now creates a conflict. John (talk) 23:46, 31 July 2014 (BST)
