:I don't think that translationreviewer is currently used.. Usually you just have a meta sysop mark a page for translation and then users translate :P If you'd like you can request Meta Sysop with the understanding it's just for translations. Where is to request for being translator?
I'd like to be translator. because I'd like to make Orain kind for Japanese speaker, I need to higher permission to translate pages.
