:::I have an idea: The logo is usable, but only under conditions specified by the authors. Specifically, it can only be used under conditions specified by the creators of Orain. For instance, [http://wikiindex.org/File:Orain.png the logo is on WikiIndex], but it's use there is permitted because it was posted by one of the owners of Orain for informative purposes regarding the Orain wikifarm service. I propose the Orain logo only be permitted to be used on Orain wikis normally under conditions set by the owners, with use on non-Orain websites allowed on a case by case basis, again determined by the owners. ::::There are two separate, but interrelated issues at play here. The first is licensing and rights related, which could be addressed by your suggestion, Arcane. The second is providing links to the image itself. From what I'm seeing, thanks to Yena's clarification about being unable to upload the logo to Commons in a license-restricted format, the only avenue I see to resolve this issue is for the "official" Orain logo to be uploaded automatically to each new wiki in the Orain wiki farm as the wiki is created.
