The existing Sturmkrieg wiki is a plagiarized ripoff of the Sturmkrieg Empire that I created. The writers of the so called "Sturmkrieg Sector" stole my idea. I am the owner of it. Please submit a complaint to ICANN, sue them in US District Court, and then come back when you've won. We're not ready to be sued right now.

Guys, I'm going to jump in here for just a second. Jeff, last I checked you weren't someone with the authority to make decisions on what wikis can and cannot be created, correct? Also, I would advise that you don't give legal advice for the implications it, in turn, could cause you later down the road unless you are a professional law expert. Sturmkrieger, I understand what happened to you wiki and the rip-off that formed from it; that is unfortunate. However, having two wikis that essentially cover the same thing would force users to chose one that they visit most often, and that will drive traffic down toward your wiki. Could you possibly explain what would make your wiki unique compared to this other one? Something that would make it more appealing to users and thus increase traffic to it? My wiki would be different because it would have the real Sturmkrieg Empire and not the nonsense that Dondrekahn and Inquisitor Ehrenstein made up where the Sturmkrieg race is created through the systematic genocidal rape of Germans. Hmm, I don't mean to be biased here, but I personally don't think we should host such topics. Genocide and Nazis are not topics taken lightly. I will not participate in this conversation anymore since it seems I've made a point. Also Joe, I do have a say (and so does everybody else) on what wikis can and cannot be created. I would suggest you act a bit kindly next time instead of responding with such a hostile message. I humbly invite your opinion but please, you are also starting to act like you are an authority. I am going to grant this request for one main reason - and that is that we do not and will not infringe on freedom of speech. I will give a word of caution however - we will respond to DMCA notices, and we will investigate complaints. There is a difference in exercising freedom of speech and operate a hate site. We actually thought about "oslf" as the subdomain, but we weren't sure which of the two would be better. The acronym is shorter/more convenient, but the full words are more descriptive. We were thinking we'd rather have the more descriptive url, even if it is a little more unwieldy. However, now that I think about it, "opensourcelearning.orain.org" is significantly shorter without losing much meaning. If you think that would work, we'll go with that :) However, for our project namespace (I think that's what it's called), could we use OSLF? Not done - That is what meta is for. Most of the things you have listed either exist on meta already or are easily implementable here. There is no need for a separate wiki. Meta wiki is the "central hub" of Orain. Should the day arise where a "community wiki" is necessary (i.e. Orain becomes so big that meta becomes discombobulated), I imagine it would be created by, and setup by, the steward team. I imagine that trying to do all of that here would quickly get in the way. For example, trying to feature active wikis on the main page isn't something that I could do here. Actually, if it is done in an organized fashion (i.e. with parent pages and subpages, categories, etc.) it should be no problem to do on Meta. The things you have listed are quite trivial, actually, and could easily be requested at the Stewards' noticeboard, or you could request adminship here on meta. What I would suggest you do is create the help pages (along with any other pages you would create on a Community Wiki) in an organized fashion, and then ask a steward or meta admin to add them to the sidebar or to update the featured wiki, etc. Your attempt at helping was not turned down by any means; we certainly can use your help, just on meta instead. -- Joe G. Yeah, I know how wiki creation works. It won't work. I just changed the identifier in the requests though. Just make sure before you do the creation. Having the language code on the same domain level will be fine if he uses a .ssu.lt domain and can have the subdomain there. Just create an account here to manage the domain. You can log in with Google, so if it is alright on account permissions, I recommend that since you can have two factor authentication on Google accounts; if someone were to hack you account, they could redirect visitors to malicious websites.
