:Actually, you make an excellent point there, but since that one has been recently deployed to their testing sites, I think Orain should probably upgrade one step behind the WMF projects. wmf15 has been tried, tested, and proven, but wmf16 is still only on the testing sites, and since many times fatal errors requiring rollback to an earlier version are discovered in stages 1/2 of the roadmap for each build, I believe it would be better for the Orain core to upgraded to the latest stable build prior to one used by the Wikimedia Foundation websites that has reached Stage 3.
