Requesting local sysop access strictly to maintain gadgets, scripts, interface messages and other similar technical aspects. :As this isn't a full request, in the sense that [[User:Technical 13|Technical 13]] won't be gaining the sysop bit to act as a sysop and will be doing maintenance tasks and will not be acting as a sysop, I see no reason to not go ahead and grant this request as there haven't been any concerns shown.
