Requesting local sysop access strictly to maintain gadgets, scripts, interface messages and other similar technical aspects. I have no interest in nor will be using the bit for 'other administrative duties' until I'm well established locally, and even then such uses would be rare. — {{U|Technical 13}} (e • t • c) 04:33, 27 January 2015 (GMT)

As this isn't a full request, in the sense that Technical 13 won't be gaining the sysop bit to act as a sysop and will be doing maintenance tasks and will not be acting as a sysop, I see no reason to not go ahead and grant this request as there haven't been any concerns shown. Should Technical wish to expand the use of his permissions and use the bit for blocking and such, another request should be filed or a notice made on the appropriate noticeboard for community discussion and/or approval.
