::I didn't realize the history (entire purpose) of this page. I didn't even know [[Meta:Requests for permissions]] until I just re-read this page. I might have to go update some of the other users groups pages to point there instead of [[Stewards' noticeboard]]. Ah well. Trying to get stuff organized around here (for some reason meta never seems as lively as I'd like) but this page probably doesn't need to get merged.
