Yena
Ending 29 October 2013 12:02 UTC(At least)
I'd love to request local admin at Meta, since I can do some Translate functions and Countervandal stuff. Sexy has vandalized my user page for hours, and I had to see him because there was no active admin atm. So, I decided to be admin to give faster action about vandals. My timezone is UTC+9 and I suppose I can act faster while other European and American timezone admins are sleeping. Thanks for any opinoin. --레비ReviDiscuss 12:02, 24 October 2013 (UTC)

Neutral Timezone is great but your vote fixing as AugurNZ pointed out is a bit of a worry. I have doubt you do not understand how to be a good admin, especially on Meta.--Jeff (talk) (contribs) 21:26, 24 October 2013 (UTC)- I believe that AugurNZ was making a joke out of it when he posted it on Yena's talkpage. All he did was correct a format. I don't think that's any indication of anything negative, at all. -- Joe G. (Talk) 21:48, 24 October 2013 (UTC)
- I just fixed it. Do you think fixing small signature mistake is problem? If yes,I think that is not helping users. If you see obvious mistake,I think you are also going to fix it. Thanks, --레비ReviDiscuss 22:10, 24 October 2013 (UTC)
- Yeah, it was a play on words, a joke about Yena's edit summary which said "fix vote", and it was not to be taken seriously. I also mentioned on IRC that I was only making a joke about the "vote fixing". It's all good, and I support Yena's request. AugurNZ ✐⌕ 01:54, 25 October 2013 (UTC)

- Oppose Does not respond to me on IRC, still does not understand editing other people's comments (removing my "advertisement" that was a simple piece of advice). I really do not want an admin who does not respond to people's comments on IRC and who will delete a harmless comment. The "advertisement" said that MyWikis would remove the footer for paying customers, but I did not add a link.
In addition, he/she does not understand what nonsense means. Instead of telling the requester that the request was not complete, he/she simply removes and wipes the request off the face of the earth. This clearly demonstrates the lack of etiquette Yena has.
Yena's reasons for becoming an admin do not correspond with an administrator's obligations. Translation and having their own user page vandalized does not mean one should get administrator privileges. I originally was neutral and was also supportive of your time zone, but I can see now that these differences are pointless if an unqualified administrator is granted privileges.
I do not want such a rudimentary administrator on Meta who cannot understand how to assume good faith. Maybe when he/she has proven him/herself, then we can let him/her be an administrator. I understand he/she is doing these actions on good faith, but when he/she wants to become an administrator, even these actions will be looked down upon. --Jeff (talk) (contribs) 16:49, 26 October 2013 (UTC) - Support @Jeff: Seriously? This is just Orain :p Eikes (talk) 17:25, 26 October 2013 (UTC)
- Neutral. I agree with Jeff that removing a request from a confused user is not the kind of etiquette that's appropriate for Meta. That kind of thing shouldn't happen again if Yena/Revi becomes an admin. Kudu (talk) 17:35, 26 October 2013 (UTC)
