Orain Meta:Requests for permissions/Administrator/NDKilla

Hello all! I'm hoping that at least a few people here know me, or have seen my edits. I'd like to request administrator on meta (and global sysop, but that's for another place.) I've been wanting to do this but when I first joined I was told by @Southparkfan: to wait at least a month before requesting. After talking with @GethN7: on IRC I've decided to request permissions. Note: Neither SPF or GethN7 recommended me for this permission, but they're help with making me understand Orain a bit more is part of the reason I want to help out around here.
I've created/modified the pages Oversight, CheckUser and I've created a draft of changes to the Stewards page after request pages were moved. As of posting this I'll have 417 total edits, 134 of which will be on meta. I have experience as an administrator on ttw.org, my first Orain wiki, my 2nd Orain wiki, and another Orain wiki that I was helping get started. I also understand most of the technical aspect (individual permissions) included in the sysop bit because I've hosted my own local wiki and given the bit to others.
I specifically want this permission (and others) to help with new wiki creation. Being a Meta sysop will allow me to edit the database list, and also handle other matters on Meta. I was told by GethN7 that Global Sysops can create wikis, so I'd like a series of permissions to allow me to handle wiki requests and feature requests.
