Hello current Bureaucrats, Stewards, and community members.

Today I would like to nominate @Southparkfan: for the role of Bureaucrat.

They are a current meta sysop and a Orain sysadmin. I think SPF is more than qualified for this role and it would allow them to handle things when others are busy. I understand others are busy but I believe someone should be able to handle all of the above requests.
